Case Matters is a trading name of Claim Simple Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 11459714), registered office The Old Fuel Depot, Twemlow Lane, Holmes Chapel, Crewe CW4 8GJ. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a claims management company (FRN 830182) and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZA449298).
What we do
We introduce people to Consultation Claims Limited, a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 836626). Consultation Claims finds your car finance agreements and complains to each lender for you, under its own agreement with you. We don’t handle claims ourselves.
How we’re paid
Consultation Claims pays us when we introduce your claim. We don’t charge you anything.
You do not need to use a claims management company to make your complaint. You can do this directly. If your complaint is not successful you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service yourself for free.
